10 year-old Buddy Pine idolized Mr. Incredible, to the point where he tried to become his sidekick Incrediboy. He ended up being a nuisance, getting in his idol's way- causing Mr. Incredible to shun him. This rejection twisted Buddy's young mind, causing him to become obsessed with defeating Mr. Incredible. He ended up developing the Omnidroid robot and using it to kill all superheroes in hopes of luring Mr. Incredible to his doom. He is a genius, developing rocket boots, killer robots and "zero point energy".
