Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Collectiblz LLC ("Collectiblz", "we", "us"), a Nevada limited liability company. They cover collectiblz.com, the Collectiblz mobile apps, and the Collectiblz connector that lets an AI assistant use your Collectiblz account (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may sign in with an email and password, or with a Google or Apple account.

What the Service is

Collectiblz is a catalog of collectibles with price information, and tools to track what you own, need, trade and sell. The catalog is built and corrected over time from public sources and from collectors, so it can contain mistakes or be missing items.

Prices are estimates. Market prices and price histories come from recent marketplace data. They ignore condition and grading, and they are not appraisals, offers or guarantees of what an item will sell or cost. Do not rely on them for insurance, tax or legal purposes.

The Service links to marketplaces and stores such as eBay. When you buy through some of those links, Collectiblz may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We say so where we show such a link. The seller, not Collectiblz, is responsible for the item, its description, its price and the sale. Your purchase is an agreement between you and that seller and is governed by that site's terms.

Selling tools

Some tools let you create a sale listing and publish it, and, where we support it, publish to your own account on other sites and marketplaces. They act only when you ask, and the Service asks you to confirm before anything is published, changed or ended. You are responsible for your listings: that you own the items, that they are accurately described, and that you follow the rules of the site where you list and the law. Collectiblz is not a party to any sale and does not take payment for it.

Using the Collectiblz connector from an AI assistant

If you connect Collectiblz to an AI assistant, you are letting that assistant act on your account with the permissions shown on the approval screen. Only connect assistants you trust, and only approve a connection you started yourself. You can end a connection at any time from the assistant's own settings. You can also ask us to end it by contacting us at support@collectiblz.com. The assistant, not Collectiblz, controls what it says, and its answers can be wrong. Check anything important before acting on it.

Your content

Photos, notes, feedback and other content you give us remain yours. You give Collectiblz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content to run and improve the Service, including showing it to other users where you have chosen to make it public. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful.

Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; probe, overload or bypass the security of the Service; use it to send spam; create accounts by automated means; pretend to be someone else; or help anyone else do these things. We may limit, suspend or end access if you do.

Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy at collectiblz.com/privacy-policy.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at support@collectiblz.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to by law, and we may change or stop parts of the Service. When your access ends, the parts of these terms that are meant to keep applying still do, such as the sections on prices, your content, warranties, liability and disputes.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Collectiblz gives no warranty of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that catalog data or prices are accurate or complete.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Collectiblz and its members, officers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you and Collectiblz consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the Service or by email. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
