Seasonal Easter Bunny: Ester Bunny Tubbz Review - Hopping Into Your Collection
Happy Easter, collectors! 🦆🐰
Spring has sprung, and the Tubbz universe is celebrating with one of the most delightful seasonal releases yet: the Easter Bunny, affectionately known as "Ester Bunny." This charming rubber duck brings all the joy and pastel magic of Easter morning straight to your collection. Whether you're a holiday enthusiast or just love adorable collectibles, this bunny-themed beauty deserves a place on your shelf year-round.
Sculpt and Design Details
The Ester Bunny Tubbz is pure springtime magic in duck form. This little quacker sports a full Easter Bunny transformation, complete with fluffy bunny ears that stand tall and proud atop its duck head. The sculpt captures that perfect blend of duck charm and Easter spirit, with carefully detailed ears that have a soft, velvety texture appearance. The pose is welcoming and festive, with the duck's classic bill visible beneath the bunny disguise, reminding us this is still very much a Tubbz at heart.
What really makes this piece stand out is the attention to seasonal detail. The bunny ears aren't just tacked on, they're integrated beautifully into the overall design, creating a cohesive character that feels like it hopped straight out of an Easter basket. The duck's expression maintains that friendly Tubbz personality we all know and love, giving off major "ready to deliver Easter eggs" vibes.
Paint and Color Palette
The color scheme is where the Ester Bunny truly shines. Dressed in soft pastel hues that perfectly capture the Easter aesthetic, this duck features gentle pinks, blues, or lavenders depending on the variant, all working together to create that quintessential springtime feel. The paint application is clean and vibrant, with subtle shading that brings dimension to those adorable bunny ears.
The finish has a pleasant glossy quality that catches light beautifully, making it photograph like a dream for your social media posts. The colors are cheerful without being overwhelming, making this piece versatile enough to display during Easter season or keep out all year as a happy reminder of spring's renewal.
Physical Presence and Display Quality
At standard Tubbz size, the Ester Bunny sits perfectly on any flat surface with excellent balance. The weight distribution feels solid and premium, exactly what you'd expect from a quality Tubbz collectible. Those bunny ears add vertical interest without making the piece top-heavy, and the overall presence is both cute and commanding enough to be a conversation starter.
This duck demands to be displayed front and center during Easter season. It's the kind of piece that brings instant joy to any space, whether nestled among your other seasonal decorations or standing proud as the centerpiece of your Tubbz collection.
Personal Easter Memory
I've always had a soft spot for Easter ever since I was a kid. I remember waking up at dawn one Easter Sunday, probably six years old, convinced I'd catch the Easter Bunny in action. Instead, I found a trail of jelly beans leading to a basket overflowing with chocolate eggs and a stuffed bunny that became my constant companion for years. That sense of wonder and magic never really left me, which is probably why I'm such a sucker for Easter collectibles like this one.
As Peter Rabbit himself would say, "Once upon a time there were four little Rabbits, and their names were Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton-tail, and Peter." Well, now we can add Ester to that legendary lineup!
Collector Notes and Display Ideas
The Ester Bunny is part of Tubbz's Seasonal line, which means it's a limited-time offering that typically appears around Easter. If you're building a seasonal collection, this is an absolute must-have. It pairs wonderfully with other holiday-themed Tubbz and creates an instant festive display.
Display this beauty on your desk during spring months, use it as part of your Easter table centerpiece, or create a dedicated seasonal shelf rotation. The pastel colors work beautifully with white or light wood shelving, and it photographs exceptionally well if you're into collecting content creation. I've got mine sitting near my gaming setup, and it never fails to bring a smile when I glance over during marathon sessions.
I actually tracked this one down at a specialty collectibles shop last spring and immediately added it to my collection in the Collectiblz app. If you're into tracking your Tubbz collection (and honestly, you should be), the Collectiblz app makes it super easy to log what you have, what you need, and even connect with other collectors. It's been a game-changer for managing my ever-growing duck army.
Final Thoughts
The Seasonal Easter Bunny: Ester Bunny Tubbz is a quack-tastic addition to any collection. It captures the whimsy and joy of Easter perfectly while maintaining that signature Tubbz charm. Whether you're a hardcore Tubbz completionist, a seasonal decoration enthusiast, or just someone who can't resist an adorable duck in bunny ears, this piece delivers on all fronts.
For fans of spring celebrations and cute collectibles, the Ester Bunny is a no-brainer. It's the kind of piece that brings a little extra happiness to your space and reminds you that sometimes the best collections are the ones that make you smile. Hop to it and add this charming duck to your nest before it disappears until next Easter season!
