2025 Topps Disney Wonder Card #150 - Valentino from Wish: A Whimsical Goat Worth Chasing!

2025 Topps Disney Wonder Card #150 - Valentino from Wish: A Whimsical Goat Worth Chasing!

From the Wishing Star to Your Card Collection - Valentino Has Arrived! ✨

Okay, friends, can we just take a moment to appreciate how much personality this little goat has? If you have not seen Disney's Wish yet, let me tell you - Valentino is pure comedy gold wrapped in fluffy white fur, and Card #150 in the 2025 Topps Disney Wonder Base Tier 2 set does him such wonderful justice. I have been building this set since it dropped in October 2025, and when I finally pulled #150, I laughed and cheered at the same time. That is just the kind of character Valentino is - you cannot help but smile every single time.

Meet the Card: 2025 Topps Disney Wonder #150 Valentino

Card #150 holds a very special place in this set - it is the final card in the Base Tier 2 subset, which runs from card #101 through #150. Tier 2 is all about the supporting characters who give the Disney universe so much of its warmth and humor - beloved friends like Jaq and Gus from Cinderella, Flounder from The Little Mermaid, and of course our wonderfully dramatic Valentino from Wish. Topps has given the Wonder line a whimsical, painterly illustrated art style that feels like you are flipping through a living storybook, and Valentino's card captures that energy perfectly. The colors carry that signature Wonder aesthetic - soft warm tones, expressive character art, and a gentle illustrated quality that feels like something straight out of a fairy tale page.

In Disney's Wish, Valentino is Asha's beloved pet goat, living in the magical kingdom of Rosas. When Asha's wishing star arrives, Valentino gains the ability to speak - and he is immediately, hilariously, gloriously himself. Curious about absolutely everything, dramatically opinionated, and just the right amount of absurd, he steals every single scene he is in. Hearing his voice for the first time is one of the film's most delightful surprises, and it is such a joy to see him honored here in the Wonder set.

About the Full 2025 Topps Disney Wonder Set

If you are not already deep into building 2025 Topps Disney Wonder, let me paint you the full picture - because this set is genuinely one of the most charming Topps Disney releases in recent memory. The base set runs 190 cards across four beautifully designed tiers:

  • Base Tier 1 (Cards 1-100): The main characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs all the way through Wish - beloved heroes, princesses, and iconic figures including Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, Elsa, Moana, Tiana, and so many more.
  • Base Tier 2 (Cards 101-150): The supporting characters and scene-stealers - the dwarfs, the sidekicks, the friends, and the funny ones who make every Disney story feel complete.
  • Base Cartoon Princess (Cards 151-163): A dedicated 13-card princess subset - gorgeous and challenging to collect, pulling at roughly 1:7 in Blaster boxes and 1:20 in Hobby.
  • Base Live-Action Princess (Cards 164-171): One of the rarest sections in the entire set, falling at 1:240 in Hobby boxes. These are genuinely special pulls.
  • Base Cartoon Villain (Cards 172-183): Twelve villain cards celebrating the baddies we love to love - Maleficent, Ursula, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and more iconic Disney antagonists.
  • Base Live-Action Villain (Cards 184-190): The rarest villain tier, also pulling at 1:240 in Hobby. If you land one of these, treasure it.

The Wonder inserts are absolutely stunning on top of the base run. Furry Friends (1:4 packs) spotlights the adorable animal companions and sidekicks - a must-chase for character collectors. Castles, Cottages, and Casas (1:9 packs) showcases iconic Disney dwellings, from Cinderella's castle to the Madrigal family home. The Hobby-exclusive Tapestries insert (1:9 packs) features some of the most beautiful original artwork I have ever seen in a Topps Disney product - rich, tapestry-style designs that would look stunning framed on any wall. The Cinderella 75th Anniversary insert (1:9 packs) is a love letter to one of Disney's most timeless stories. And for the biggest hits, keep chasing Enchanted Autographs Chrome - featuring signers like Idina Menzel as Elsa and Ming-Na Wen as Mulan - plus hand-drawn Sketch Cards contributed by over 80 incredible artists.

Parallels and Rarity

Card #150 Valentino is a Base Tier 2 card - essential for any set builder going for all 190 base cards. But if you want to chase the full parallel rainbow, the Tier 2 parallel lineup is genuinely beautiful:

  • Diamante Foil - 1 exclusive per Value Blaster box
  • Purple Foil - numbered to 99
  • Gold Foil - numbered to 50
  • Orange Foil - numbered to 25
  • Black Sparkle Foil - numbered to 10
  • Red Sparkle Foil - numbered to 5
  • FoilFractor - 1 of 1

A Valentino FoilFractor 1/1 would be one of the most delightful one-of-ones in this entire set - just imagine that little goat gleaming in one-of-one foil glory. I have the Purple Foil /99 at the very top of my want list right now.

A Little Wonder Magic and a Disney Memory

"Every card you add to your set is a little wish granted - a character captured, a story preserved, a tiny piece of Disney magic held right in your hands."

Wish came out in late 2023, right around the time Disney was wrapping up its 100th anniversary celebration. I remember walking down Main Street at Walt Disney World during that centennial year - the golden Mickey ears in every shop, the 100th anniversary fireworks painting the sky above the castle, that unmistakable magic crackling in the air. There was something deeply moving about watching 100 years of Disney stories get celebrated all at once, and Valentino's card in the Wonder set carries that same feeling for me. Here is a brand-new Disney character, already immortalized in a beautiful trading card - that is exactly what collecting is about.

Who Should Be Chasing This Card?

Set builders absolutely need Card #150 - it is the final Base Tier 2 card, and no completion run is possible without it. Character collectors who love Wish will want the full parallel rainbow on this one. And if you are a Wish fan collecting across the checklist, note that Asha lands at #99 in Tier 1, King Magnifico appears at both #100 in Tier 1 and #183 in the Cartoon Villain tier, giving you a wonderful thematic run to chase across the full set.

For protecting your Wonder cards, I keep my full base run organized in Ultra Pro 9-Pocket Pages inside a quality binder - the storybook art style of this set looks incredible laid out page by page. For valued numbered parallels like the foil tiers, I double-sleeve with Ultra Pro PRO-Matte Eclipse Card Sleeves as the inner layer and a standard toploader on the outside to keep every edge crisp and protected. Valentino absolutely deserves the good treatment!

Once Card #150 lands in your binder, do not forget to mark it as Have in Collectiblz and watch that Wonder set completion percentage climb a little higher. Every check mark is its own small wish granted. 🎴

Happy collecting, and may every pack you open bring a little Disney Wonder magic your way!
