2025 Topps Disney Wonder Enchantments Chrome E-4 Arthur - A Legend Pulled From the Stone!
Once Upon a Legend - The Sword in the Stone Meets Chrome Magic! ✨
Hey there, fellow collectors! If you love a Disney underdog story - the kind where a young, scruffy boy with big dreams pulls off the impossible - then today's spotlight card is going to steal your heart. We are diving into card E-4 from the Enchantments Chrome insert set within 2025 Topps Disney Wonder, and our hero is none other than the legendary young squire himself, Arthur Pendragon from Disney's 1963 classic The Sword in the Stone! 🎴
The Enchantments Chrome insert set is one of the most enchanting subsets in the entire 2025 Topps Disney Wonder lineup. This is a 20-card Chrome insert series that brings some of Disney's most magical heroes, heroines, and legends to life in stunning Chrome technology paired with a whimsical, painterly aesthetic that feels like pure storybook wonder. The full roster is an absolute dream for collectors - starting with E-1 Pinocchio and E-2 Alice, then E-3 Aurora, our spotlight E-4 Arthur, followed by E-5 Pocahontas, E-6 Mulan, E-7 Tiana, E-8 Rapunzel, E-9 Merida, E-10 Moana, E-11 Raya, E-12 Tinker Bell, E-13 Hercules, E-14 Kuzco, E-15 Anna, E-16 Elsa, E-17 Belle, E-18 Jasmine, E-19 Ariel, and E-20 Asha. Twenty cards. Twenty incredible Disney stories. The set builder in me is absolutely over the moon.
All About the Card - E-4 Arthur
Here is the thing about Arthur - he is not always the first character people expect to see anchoring a major Disney insert set, and that is precisely what makes this card so special and exciting. Wart, as Merlin affectionately calls him throughout the film, is one of Disney's earliest and most endearing animated heroes - a scrappy, kind-hearted young squire from the 1963 animated film The Sword in the Stone who has absolutely no idea he is destined to become a legend. He stumbles into Merlin's magical world with wide eyes and a generous spirit, and somewhere along the way, he becomes a king.
The Enchantments Chrome treatment transforms that humble charm into something genuinely breathtaking on card E-4. The Chrome finish delivers that iconic Topps shine - the kind that catches light at every angle and makes the illustration feel richer, deeper, and more alive with every tilt of the card. The Enchantments Chrome insert set leans into the illustrative, storybook aesthetic that defines the entire 2025 Topps Disney Wonder product, and it pairs beautifully with Arthur's medieval world. The soft, painterly background complements the Chrome shine without overwhelming the character, giving the card a warmth and visual depth that sets it apart from anything you might pull from a standard base pack. Arthur looks every inch the young squire on the brink of greatness - full of quiet potential and that unmistakable Disney heart that has made this film a beloved classic for generations.
The Chrome finish on this insert series also means the card has a satisfying weight and a premium feel in hand. Whether you are a set builder working through every Enchantments Chrome pull or a character collector who has always had a soft spot for the underrepresented heroes of the Disney animated library, this card delivers in a big way.
Every legend begins with an ordinary person who simply refuses to give up on magic. That is exactly what makes collecting these cards so meaningful - we are holding a little piece of that wonder in our hands. ✨
A Little Collector Nostalgia
I have always had a deep soft spot for the underdog characters in Disney history, and Arthur is one of the very best. I still remember watching The Sword in the Stone as a little girl and being completely swept away by Merlin's cozy, magical cottage - books flying off shelves, dishes washing themselves, and all that wonderful hand-drawn animation that felt so alive. The scene where Arthur is transformed into a squirrel and then a fish had me absolutely captivated as a kid. What I love most about Arthur as a character is that his greatest superpower is not magic at all - it is kindness, curiosity, and the willingness to learn. And honestly? That is the same spirit that makes the best collectors I know. We are all just Wart, wide-eyed and excited, reaching for something extraordinary with both hands.
Collector Notes - Where Does This Card Fit?
The Enchantments Chrome insert set sits within the Insert category of 2025 Topps Disney Wonder, making it a themed subset that collectors will need to track down intentionally across packs. Inserts like Enchantments Chrome are prime targets for a few different collector types:
- Set builders chasing the complete 20-card Enchantments Chrome run will need E-4 Arthur alongside every other card in the series - and with a lineup this varied and beautiful, completing the full set is a genuinely satisfying goal.
- Character collectors who love Arthur or The Sword in the Stone will want every parallel tier of this card they can find.
- Hit chasers and parallel collectors should keep an eye out for numbered parallel variants of the Enchantments Chrome inserts - when those start surfacing on the secondary market, the rarer numbered tiers become highly desirable targets.
The 2025 Topps Disney Wonder product as a whole uses a gorgeous illustrated art style with whimsical, painterly character representations that feel genuinely fresh and storybook-inspired - and this sets it beautifully apart from the slick photography approach of other Topps lines. The Enchantments Chrome inserts take that illustrated storybook aesthetic and layer on that signature Chrome shine, creating one of the prettiest insert series in the entire Wonder lineup. If you have been opening packs from this set and have not landed your Enchantments Chrome pulls yet, the hunt is absolutely worth it.
Display and Protection Ideas
A card this beautiful deserves the best protection and display you can give it! For the Enchantments Chrome insert, I keep mine tucked into an Ultra Pro Hinged Card Holder - it is the perfect everyday display option that protects the Chrome surface while keeping the card visible and easy to admire on a shelf or desk. If you are building out the full 20-card Enchantments Chrome run and want each card to shine on its own, an Ultra Pro Snap Card Frame gives individual cards a clean, gallery-style display that really lets the Chrome finish pop. You could even arrange the whole set in display order alongside a set of park maps or your Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom spell cards for a gorgeous collector wall moment. 🏰
Once I landed this card, the first thing I did was pop over to Collectiblz and mark E-4 Arthur as Have on the Enchantments Chrome checklist. Watching that completion bar tick forward is honestly just as satisfying as the pull itself. If you are tracking your Enchantments Chrome progress, make sure to use the Topps Disney Wonder checklist in the app to mark your Haves and Needs - it makes hunting the remaining cards so much easier and more fun.
Happy hunting, friends - may every pack you open carry a little bit of legend! 💖
