The 2015 Giant Snoopy PEZ Dispenser Is the Peanuts Statement Piece Every Collector Needs on Their Shelf
A Big Statement from a Beloved Beagle
Welcome back, candy dispenser fans! Some releases arrive quietly, and some arrive at 12 inches tall with the Peanuts theme playing out loud. The 2015 Giant Snoopy PEZ Dispenser is very much the latter - a bold, character-driven release that stands apart from anything in the standard PEZ lineup and demands attention the moment it hits a shelf.
Meet the Giant Snoopy
The Giant Snoopy PEZ Dispenser is an officially released product from PEZ Candy, featuring the iconic Peanuts beagle scaled up to an impressive 12 inches tall. This dispenser uses a candy roll format rather than the classic individual candy brick design, which fits the oversized build perfectly. The Snoopy head tilts back to dispense, and the whole unit is engineered for maximum shelf impact.
The standout feature is the real sounds function. Press the button and a snippet of the classic Peanuts theme plays - instantly recognizable to any fan of the comic strip or the beloved animated specials. It is a detail that elevates this from a simple display piece to a fully interactive collectible, the kind that gets a reaction from anyone who sees it on your shelf.
Sculpt and Character Accuracy
At this scale, the sculpt details are easy to appreciate. The familiar rounded head, floppy black ears, and classic Snoopy expression are all well-rendered, and the paint application - crisp white body, clean black markings - reads clearly from across a room. Standard PEZ dispensers stand roughly 4 to 5 inches tall, which means the Giant Snoopy towers over everything around it. That size contrast alone makes it a natural centerpiece for any Peanuts-focused display.
"The Giant Snoopy earns its own shelf space rather than sharing it. You build the display around it - not the other way around."
The 2015 Peanuts Wave
The Giant Snoopy was not the only Peanuts PEZ release in 2015. PEZ also released the Peanuts 65th Anniversary Gift Set that year, celebrating 65 years of the beloved comic strip. The set includes four dispensers: Charlie Brown on a red stem, Lucy on a blue stem, Snoopy on a white stem, and Woodstock on a yellow stem - all packaged in a box shaped like Snoopy's iconic doghouse. The sculpts in this anniversary set are distinct from the earlier series 1 and series 2 Peanuts dispensers, offering a fresh take on the classic characters with updated proportions and detail.
Together, the Giant Snoopy and the 65th Anniversary Gift Set represent a strong and cohesive Peanuts collecting moment from 2015. Both releases reflect the care PEZ put into honoring this license during a milestone year for the franchise. If you are building out a Peanuts PEZ shelf, these two make a natural pairing.

Display Ideas
Position the Giant Snoopy at the center or far end of a Peanuts-dedicated shelf and surround it with the standard-scale 2015 Anniversary Gift Set dispensers. The size contrast between the 12-inch Giant and the regular-scale dispensers is striking and tells a great visual story. Deeper shelves or the top tier of a multi-level display work especially well, giving the Giant Snoopy the breathing room it deserves. You can also pair it with other Peanuts collectibles - ornaments, vintage merchandise, or framed art - to build a curated corner rather than just a simple lineup.
This one has been on my need list for a while now. The real sounds feature paired with that 12-inch scale is exactly the kind of over-the-top charm that makes PEZ collecting so enjoyable, and I have it flagged on my need list in the Collectiblz app. If you track your own collection or want list, I highly recommend giving the app a look - it is a great way to stay organized and keep tabs on the pieces you are still hunting for.
The 2015 Giant Snoopy PEZ Dispenser is the kind of release that reminds you why this hobby is so rewarding. Big in character, big in presence, and absolutely worthy of every inch of shelf space it takes up.
