2025 COSMOS Disney: Silver Parallel Genie (Card #CDT-I-41) - Ten Thousand Years in the Cosmos!
The World's Greatest Shape-Shifter Joins the Cosmic Party!
Oh, hello there, my wonderful friends! ✨ The Genie holds such a special place in my heart as one of Disney's most unforgettable characters. His rapid-fire personality, his incredible voice work, and his genuine heart beneath all that comedy make him absolutely irresistible. I've been collecting Genie memorabilia for years, so discovering this silver parallel version was pure joy!
The 2025 COSMOS Disney: Silver Parallel Genie (Card #CDT-I-41) brings this phenomenal shapeshifter into the cosmic realm with stunning silver shimmer. The card captures Genie's explosive personality-whether he's channeling one of his many celebrity impressions or showing his true blue form. The silver parallel treatment adds a magical, otherworldly quality that feels absolutely perfect for a character who exists in ten thousand years of magical experience.
What makes this card truly special is how the cosmic silver effect highlights Genie's vibrant personality even in his blue form. Every detail of his enthusiastic expression shines through beautifully, and you can almost hear him shouting "TEN THOUSAND YEARS will give you SUCH a crick in the neck!" when you look at it.
The Rarity and Collector Appeal
Silver Parallel cards pull at approximately 1:3 packs in this set, making Genie a solid mid-tier hit for collectors. As one of the most beloved supporting characters in the Disney universe-and arguably the funniest-Genie appeals to both comedy lovers and those building comprehensive Aladdin collections. This card is highly sought after because the Genie's character presence translates beautifully to the cosmic theming.
"You ain't never had a friend like me!" - Genie's iconic promise, perfectly captured in this cosmic silver parallel. 💖
Collecting Notes
The 2025 COSMOS Disney set is limited to 8,000 cases worldwide, so every character parallel has genuine scarcity. Genie collectors should prioritize this silver parallel highly-it's a character who deserves representation at every rarity level, and the cosmic theming brings out his magical, otherworldly nature. The secondary market has these trading actively, and with good reason.
I'm already on the hunt for Genie's rarer aurora and gold versions to complete the cosmic trio. A character this joyful and beloved absolutely deserves maximum cosmic representation!
Display Ideas
This card pairs beautifully with other Aladdin characters and magic-themed cards from the COSMOS lineup. An Ultra Pro One-Touch Magnetic Case would showcase Genie's silver shimmer and blue coloring perfectly, allowing the cosmic finish to really pop. Pair it with an Ultra Pro Deluxe 3-Ring Binder to create a complete Aladdin collection. You could even create a "Ten Thousand Years of Magic" display combining various Aladdin character parallels from this set!
