A Fresh Start in Montreal: Kirby Dach's 2019 Draft Puck
A Milestone Moment in Black and Red
Hockey fans remember the 2019 NHL Draft like it was yesterday. When the Chicago Blackhawks held the third overall pick, they didn't hesitate. At 6-foot-4 and loaded with center-ice potential, Kirby Dach stepped up to the podium and became part of franchise history. The young phenom from the Saskatoon Blades had dazzled scouts with his size, hockey sense, and two-way game. And now, that draft moment lives on the Kirby Dach 2019 Draft Logo Autographed Hockey Puck - a piece of memorabilia that captures the optimism and promise of a prospect on draft day.
The Journey to Montreal
Dach's path hasn't been a straight line. After his Blackhawks debut, injuries and inconsistency tested his resolve. But the Montreal Canadiens saw the diamond beneath the rough edges. In the summer of 2022, Kent Hughes pulled the trigger on a bold trade, sending draft capital to Chicago to bring Dach north. The move signaled Montreal's commitment to a young core with championship potential. Dach's signature on the 2019 NHL Draft logo puck becomes a symbol of that journey - from prospect to seasoned pro, from Chicago's first-round hope to Montreal's centerpiece.
Display and Authentication
This puck comes officially autographed and authenticated. You'll notice the clean 2019 NHL Draft logo on the puck's face, along with Dach's signature. Store it in an acrylic cube to keep it dust-free and visible on your shelf. Or pair it with a framed Chicago Blackhawks jersey from that 2019 season for a power combo - it tells the story of the moment the Hawks thought they'd found their future. Authentication from Fanatics Authentic ensures you know exactly what you're getting.
"Every collector has that one item that connects them to a draft memory or a player they believed in early. For Dach fans, this puck holds all that promise in a single piece of rubber."
A Collector's Perspective
If you're building a collection centered on 2019 draft prospects, this is essential. If you're a Canadiens fan tracking the team's young core, it belongs on the shelf next to Caufield and Suzuki memorabilia. And if you're a Dach devotee who stuck with him through the Chicago struggles and into his Montreal resurgence, this puck is the perfect anchor for your collection. Limited-run autographed draft logo pucks like this one command attention. They don't stay on shelves long, especially when a player's stock is rising.
