Tinker Bell: The Magical Fairy of Disney Infinity
Pixie Dust, Bells, and Magic!
Oh, I absolutely adore this sculpt! The Disney Infinity 2.0 Tinker Bell figure brings back so many magical memories from Peter Pan. When I was little, I remember rewatching that film over and over, completely enchanted by Tink's mischievous personality and shimmering presence. As someone who grew up watching classic Disney, this figure feels like holding a piece of that childhood magic in my hands.
The Disney Infinity 2.0 Tinker Bell figure perfectly captures her iconic look from the original Peter Pan film. She's sculpted in her signature green dress with the cute leaf-shaped skirt that fans know and love. The pose is wonderful - she's in a graceful, mid-flight position that really shows off her fairy wings spread wide open, as if she's just zipped past Peter Pan himself. The attention to detail on those translucent wings is just magical - they catch the light beautifully.
What really gets me about this figure is the paint quality. Tinker Bell's face is so expressive, with that classic rosy cheeks and determined little expression. The golden yellow of her hair is vibrant and perfectly executed. The green of her dress is rich and detailed, with those darker shades highlighting the leaf pattern and giving it real dimension. The flesh tones are warm and inviting, making her feel alive on the shelf.
In terms of gameplay, Tinker Bell was an absolute powerhouse in Disney Infinity 2.0. She could fly high and fast, which made her perfect for exploration in the various play sets and the Toy Box. Her combat abilities were quick and nimble, matching her fairy nature perfectly. She could also interact with certain magical elements in the game world that other figures couldn't reach, making her essential for some puzzle-solving segments.
This figure is relatively hard to find compared to some of the other Disney Infinity releases, which makes it a real treasure for collectors like me. Tinker Bell represents the classic era of Disney - that timeless, hand-drawn animation period that still holds so much charm and wonder. Whether you're setting up a Peter Pan-themed display or building out your complete Disney Infinity collection, this figure is an absolute must-have.
The base that comes with the figure is sturdy and nicely decorated, keeping with the Disney Infinity standard. Display-wise, Tinker Bell looks stunning on a shelf with other Peter Pan figures or grouped with your complete Disney Infinity 2.0 collection. As Walt Disney himself once said, "If you can dream it, you can do it" - and Tinker Bell reminds us that dreams really do come true.
I've decided to add the Disney Infinity 2.0 Tinker Bell figure to my needs list in the Collectiblz app - she's such an iconic figure that I want to make sure I complete this part of my collection!
