2025 COSMOS: Final Frames Bambi (CDT-FB-03) - A Touch of Forest Magic!
A Classic Moment Preserved in Premium Card Stock
There's something truly special about holding a card that captures Disney magic in your hands. Today I am looking at the 2025 COSMOS Disney CDT-FB-03 card, and I have to tell you - this Bambi Final Frames insert is absolutely stunning. As someone who's spent countless magical evenings watching the fireworks light up Cinderella Castle, I can appreciate when a card truly honors the beauty of these timeless films.
The 2025 COSMOS Final Frames line celebrates iconic moments from Disney's animated classics, and this particular card featuring Bambi, the Prince of the Forest, is nothing short of enchanting. The thick 350gsm card stock feels substantial and protective in hand - noticeably sturdier than standard trading cards - which tells you Topps/Kakawow understood the premium nature of these pieces.
Visual Design That Captures Disney's Golden Age
What immediately struck me about CDT-FB-03 is the attention to detail in recreating the film's aesthetic. The card features a classic scene from Disney's 1942 Bambi, one of Walt's most beloved animated treasures. The colors are warm and nostalgic - soft greens and warm amber tones that evoke the forest setting where Bambi grows up. The subtle UV spot varnishing adds a luxurious tactile element, making key elements like magical glows and star accents shimmer when you tilt the card in the light.
The layout is clean and respectful of the artwork - no cluttered borders or modern design elements that would cheapen the classic imagery. Instead, it's a window into a moment of pure Disney animation history.
A Personal Memory from the Parks
I'll never forget the time I was sitting on a bench in Enchanted Forest at Disney's Animal Kingdom, just people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere. A young cast member dressed as a forest creature walked by, and it transported me right back to watching Bambi as a kid - that same sense of wonder and connection to nature that Disney has always done so perfectly. Holding this card brings that exact same feeling rushing back. It's more than cardboard and ink; it's nostalgia made tangible.
In every frame of these classic films lives the magic that built the Disney empire - and now, collectors can own a piece of that legacy.
Rarity and Collector Appeal
As a Final Frames insert card, CDT-FB-03 is pulled one per pack from the 2025 COSMOS Disney set, making each insert a genuine treasure hunt moment. The final Frames set contains 36 unique cards total, so there's real substance to completing this subset. If you're serious about the chase, keep an eye out for the limited parallel version numbered #/10 - those are the crown jewels that push this card into serious collector territory.
The worldwide production limit of 8,000 cases for this exclusive Asian market release means these won't be flooding the market forever. That combined with the premium card stock quality makes CDT-FB-03 a solid long-term hold for Disney card collections.
Display and Storage Ideas
The premium thickness of these cards demands premium protection. I'd recommend housing CDT-FB-03 in an Ultra Pro One-Touch magnetic holder - the thick card stock is perfect for this, and it will keep the card pristine while displaying those gorgeous Bambi visuals. For longer-term storage, an Ultra Pro Premium Deck Box with soft inner sleeves will protect the investment beautifully.
This is definitely a card that deserves to be seen, not buried in a binder. The Final Frames design is meant to showcase classic Disney moments, and Bambi's forest magic deserves that spotlight.
Have or Need?
I've actually managed to track down a copy of this one - there's something about Bambi that pulled at my heartstrings as both a lifelong Disney fan and a serious card collector. It's marked in my Collectiblz app as part of my growing Final Frames subset collection. Every time I look at it, I'm transported back to those magical moments at the parks and those cherished childhood viewings of one of Disney's most beautiful animated films.
