Minions TUBBZ Bundle Review - These Yellow Troublemakers Get Rubber Ducked
Hiya, Minion fans!
If you thought Gru's little yellow sidekicks couldn't get any cuter, Tubbz has something delightful to show you: the Minions TUBBZ Bundle. These adorable rubber duck versions of the franchise's most iconic characters are here to turn your shelf into a laugh-out-loud display of minion mayhem.
Let me take you back to 2015 when I first caught *Minions* in theaters. The movie had just dropped, and I remember thinking, "These tiny yellow creatures are going to be everywhere." Well, I wasn't wrong. Twenty years of Despicable Me films, and the minions have somehow become even more beloved. They're silly, they're innocent, and they steal every scene they're in. When I found out Tubbz was bringing the Minions to life as rubber ducks, I knew I had to have them.
The TUBBZ bundle captures the charm of the films perfectly. Each duck is sculpted with meticulous attention to character - whether it's the loyal Bob with his endearing eyes, the mischievous Kevin, or the scheming Stuart. The yellow molded design stays true to the film while giving each duck its own personality. The paint application is clean and precise, with their iconic overalls detailed in navy blue and the signature goggles rendered just right. These aren't throwaway collectibles; they're premium PVC figures standing roughly 3.5 inches tall, designed to look amazing in a display case or on your desk.
What really gets me about this bundle is the personality each duck brings to the table. There's something magical about seeing these characters translated into rubber duck form. The sculpting team at Tubbz has nailed the subtle details - the way each minion's goggles sit on their heads, the confident stance, the way their little minion bodies come through in the duck shape. You can practically hear them saying "Bah-nah-nah!" just by looking at them.
The presentation is absolutely stellar. They come in the signature Tubbz collectible bathtub packaging, complete with the Minions branding splashed across the tub. It's the kind of unboxing experience that makes you smile before you even take them out. The packaging doubles as a display stand, so you can showcase these ducks right out of the box or add them to your broader collection. The bathtub format has become iconic for Tubbz collectors, and for good reason - it's both protective and photogenic.
If you're familiar with other TUBBZ releases from franchises like Star Wars, Fallout, Ghostbusters, or DC Comics, you already know the quality standard here. This is an official Numskull Designs piece, which guarantees authenticity and craftsmanship. These are genuine collectibles with real staying power in the market, not mass-produced knock-offs you'll see gathering dust at discount bins.
For display purposes, these minions shine in group settings. Pair them with your other Tubbz collection, line them up on a gaming shelf, or create a dedicated Minions corner in your collection space. They work equally well on a desk where they can bring some yellow joy to your workspace, or in a curated display case where the bathtub packaging really shows off the presentation quality.
I've got this bundle marked on my needs list in the Collectiblz app, and I'm hoping it lands in my collection soon. If you're in the same boat, tracking your Minions hunt just got easier with one central place to mark what you're after and follow fellow collectors' journeys.
Whether you're a longtime fan of Gru and his crew, a Tubbz completionist, or just someone who appreciates quality rubber duck collectibles with serious character, the Minions TUBBZ Bundle is a fun, charming addition to any shelf. They bring joy, they bring nostalgia, and most importantly, they bring that signature minion chaos to your display - all in adorable duck form. As Gru would say, this collection is "despicably cute."
