Rapunzel: The Golden-Haired Princess Comes to Disney Infinity

Oh, how I adore Rapunzel! There's something absolutely magical about the Disney Infinity Rapunzel figure - she captures that spirited, independent princess energy perfectly. With her iconic 70-foot golden hair flowing majestically, this Rapunzel figure is an instant standout on any collector's shelf.

The sculpt is simply stunning. The artists at Disney captured Rapunzel's infectious enthusiasm and curious expression beautifully. Her distinctive features - those charming freckles and that characteristic intelligence in her eyes - make this figure feel truly alive. The golden blonde hair is rendered with incredible detail, with the magical shimmer that makes it so recognizable from the film. Rapunzel wears her classic purple dress, and the paint application is clean and accurate to the movie's gorgeous character design.

Released on November 22, 2013, this Disney Infinity Rapunzel figure features the voice of Mandy Moore, who brought the character to life in the 2010 film "Tangled." The sculpt beautifully captures Rapunzel's journey from sheltered tower dweller to confident, adventurous hero. Every detail - from her determined stance to the way she holds herself - speaks to her growth throughout the story.

In Disney Infinity, Rapunzel appears in Toy Box Mode and unlocks her Rail Ride themed adventure. What I love most about this figure is how it celebrates one of Disney's most refreshing modern princesses. She's not waiting to be rescued; she's painting, exploring, and taking charge of her own destiny. When I first watched "Tangled," I was captivated by her spark - that fearless "I'm going to follow my dream" energy resonated with me deeply, just like it has with so many fans of the film.

The Rapunzel figure includes impressive gameplay abilities that reflect her character. She brings that same determination and resourcefulness from the film into the game. Her golden hair powers and magical abilities make her a unique character to play with in any Play Set or Toy Box creation. Collectors often note that this figure has become increasingly sought-after, with the 2013 release making it a valuable addition to any Disney Infinity collection.

The detail level on this figure is extraordinary - from the way her hair cascades to her expressive face. The base is sturdy and displays beautifully, whether you're setting up a Rapunzel-themed shelf or displaying it alongside other Disney Infinity characters. Many collectors create "Tower" themed setups featuring Rapunzel and complementary figures that capture the magical world of Tangled.

I'm particularly drawn to this figure because it represents Disney's evolution in princess storytelling. Rapunzel is clever, determined, and doesn't need rescuing - she saves herself and others through her ingenuity and courage. As someone who rediscovered my love for Disney through collecting these figures, I find Rapunzel's message of self-determination incredibly inspiring.
