One Fabulous Target Find: Disney Doorables Yzma Exclusive

Hey there, collectible friends! I just got home from my Target run about twenty minutes ago, and I am literally still in that zone where the shopping bags are on the kitchen counter, my phone is already halfway charged, and I'm holding the most gorgeous new addition to my Doorables shelf. Can we talk about the energy? Because the energy is IMMACULATE today, and I have to tell you all about the star of my haul.

So picture this: I'm doing my usual Target circuit - you know, the one where I check the collectibles aisle first before I even think about grabbing cereal - and there she is in all her purple-haired glory. The Disney Doorables Yzma Exclusive from the Villains series, and friends, this is THE moment. This is the mini figure that Emperor's New Groove fans have been waiting for, and the Ultra Rare tier status is NOT a joke.

Let me paint you a picture of this absolute icon, because she is truly something special. Standing at about 1.5 inches tall, Yzma arrives in full theatrical regalia - we're talking a plush pink robe, those signature green cucumber glasses perched perfectly on her face, and the most fabulous oversized sparkly eyes that catch the light like tiny disco balls ✨. The craftsmanship on this tiny villain is genuinely impressive. Those glossy oversized eyes give her this perfect expression of drama and mischief, and her purple hair has this gorgeous shine to it that just screams luxury for a blind box collectible.

There's something so beautifully funny about holding Yzma in the palm of your hand - this character who takes up the entire screen with her scheming and fabulousness is now a miniature treasure that fits in your pocket, but her personality somehow feels even bigger.

What's making this particular find so special for me is the rarity factor. Ultra Rare variants like this one don't show up every day, which is why collectors are absolutely hunting for her. This is a Target Exclusive variant from Series 10, which already makes it a different beast from the standard release. But here's where it gets really exciting - she's also included in Disney Villains Collection Peek sets, so there are a few different ways to hunt for her. That said, finding her solo like this? That's the prize.

The Emperor's New Groove hold such a special place in my Disney heart, honestly. I remember watching that movie with my cousin when we were younger - we must have quoted "pull the lever, Kronk" about three hundred times that week. And Yzma was always the character we remembered most vividly because she's just SO committed to being fabulous and terrible at the same time. There's this fearless energy about her that made her unforgettable, and having her immortalized as a Doorables Villain? It feels right. It feels like the franchise totally understood why people love her.

What I'm really loving about the Villains series within Doorables is how it captures these characters' essence in such a compact form. The regular blind box line is already adorable, but the Villains collection brings this mischievous edge that makes collecting them feel extra special. Every single one has personality for days, and Yzma might just be leading the pack in sheer theatrical presence.

I'm thinking about display options right now, and I'm totally going with a tiered acrylic riser for my Doorables collection. This way, Yzma and her fellow Villains get front-row seating with the light hitting those sparkly eyes, and visitors to my shelf get the full effect of how stunning these little figures truly are. The tiered setup also gives each mini the space to be appreciated individually - they're not fighting for attention, you know?

If you're a Doorables collector or you're just getting into the blind box game, definitely keep an eye out for the Villains series. And if you spot an Yzma, especially the Ultra Rare Target Exclusive variant? Don't think twice. She's worth the hunt, she's absolutely stunning, and honestly, she's the kind of piece that makes you smile every single time you look at your collection. That's the whole point, right? 🎁
