The 2009 LSU Tigers Football PEZ Dispenser Is the School Spirit Essential Every College Collector Needs
Purple and Gold Pride in PEZ Form
There's something special about PEZ dispensers that capture your favorite team's spirit. The 2009 LSU Tigers Football PEZ Dispenser is one of those pieces that makes you smile every time you glance at your shelf - a perfect tribute to Louisiana State University's legendary football program.
What Makes This LSU Dispenser Stand Out
The 2009 LSU Tigers Football PEZ Dispenser features clean, bold LSU branding in the iconic purple and gold colors that represent the Tigers. Released as part of PEZ's 2009 NCAA football lineup, this dispenser showcases excellent design work. The football-shaped body carries the Tigers logo proudly, making it instantly recognizable to any LSU fan walking into a collector's display case.
What catches my eye most about this particular release is how PEZ managed to differentiate it from earlier LSU football dispensers. The 2009 edition features a distinct logo variation that sets it apart from previous university releases, something we collectors appreciate when we're building a comprehensive NCAA set.
A Collector's Perspective on NCAA PEZ
Sports-themed PEZ dispensers occupy a special place in my collection. They celebrate not just the candy, but the school loyalty and traditions that passionate fans carry with them for life.
Made in Hungary with the same quality standard PEZ collectors have come to trust, this 2009 football dispenser feels solid in your hand. The dispensing mechanism works smoothly, and the colors remain vibrant - purple and gold that truly pops on display.
Why College Collectors Love This Release
If you're building a sports-themed PEZ collection or specifically hunting LSU memorabilia, the 2009 Tigers football dispenser deserves a spot. It's part of that special 2009 NCAA wave that brought college football fans into the PEZ community in a big way. Whether you're an LSU alumnus, a football collector, or someone who appreciates quality vintage sports dispensers, this one hits all the right notes.
I've had my eye on adding this to my needs list in the Collectiblz app - it fits perfectly in my college sports section, right alongside my other football dispensers from that era.
