I just pulled the Disney Doorables Academy Lockers Aladdin, and honestly, seeing him in this new context hit different. Aladdin has always been one of my favorite Disney princes-there's something about a character who goes from street rat to prince on his own terms that resonates with me. This Rare edition captures him perfectly in an academic setting.
Street Smarts Meet Scholarly Ambition
At the classic 1.5-inch Doorables size, this Aladdin is all confidence and charm. The Academy Lockers line is such a fun concept-having mini locker scenes with character details adds a whole new dimension to collecting. The sculpting shows Aladdin with his signature street-urchin energy mixed with an air of newfound confidence. The glossy finish catches beautifully, and those oversized eyes sparkle with mischief and intelligence.
As a Rare rarity, this one wasn't an easy pull, but finding him felt like the perfect reward. The coloring is vibrant-his iconic red and teal palette translated into the Doorables format looks absolutely stunning. You can see the detail in every aspect, from his expression to the pose that suggests he's ready to take on whatever the Academy throws at him.
