Jasmine: The Free-Spirited Princess Brings Aladdin's Magic to Disney Infinity 2.0
A Whole New World of Jasmine Magic
Oh, stepping into a whole new world with this Disney Infinity Jasmine Figure from February 2015! This absolutely gorgeous sculpt captures the free-spirited princess in all her glory - wearing that iconic sapphire blue outfit with gold accents that made her such a standout character in Aladdin. When I first watched Aladdin as a kid, I was completely mesmerized by Jasmine's courage and independence. She wasn't waiting around for a prince to save her; she was out there making her own destiny. Now seeing her immortalized in Disney Infinity 2.0 brings back all those magical memories!
The paint application on this figure is absolutely stunning. Every detail of her outfit has been carefully rendered - from the delicate gold bands on her arms to the vibrant blue fabric that just seems to shimmer. The sculpting captures her confident pose perfectly, with her hand positioned just right. Compared to other Disney Infinity 2.0 figures, Jasmine holds her own beautifully on any shelf or display. The proportions are accurate to her film design, and the facial features showcase that characteristic royal confidence she carries throughout the movie.
Wind Magic and Magic Carpets
What's truly magical about Jasmine in Disney Infinity 2.0 is how her gameplay abilities reflect her character's adventurous spirit. She arrived as part of the Aladdin collection and unlocks special game content for players to explore. Her signature move combines wind magic with the enchanted magic carpet - which is such a perfect match for her character! The way her gameplay incorporates both combat skills and magical wind abilities really does capture that sense of freedom and power she embodies in the film.
In the game, Jasmine's melee combat style makes her a fun character to play with in the Toy Box mode. Her wind-based special abilities deliver satisfying visual effects, with the magic carpet creating beautiful sandstorm animations. It's wonderful how the designers thought to blend her character's resourcefulness with powerful magical effects. As someone who's been playing Disney Infinity since the beginning, I can say that Jasmine stands out as one of the more enjoyable 2.0 characters to use in gameplay - she's got style, substance, and real collector value.
A Timeless Piece of Aladdin Magic
Since Disney Infinity figures were discontinued, Jasmine has become a true collector's gem. Finding her in good condition is becoming increasingly special, and she represents such a beloved chapter in the Disney Infinity legacy. Whether you're a dedicated Aladdin fan, a Disney Infinity collector like myself, or someone who just appreciates gorgeous character sculpts, this Jasmine figure deserves a place of honor in your collection.
As Jasmine herself would say, "If I do marry, I want it to be for love!" - and honestly, collecting this figure has made me fall in love with Disney Infinity all over again. The attention to detail, the connection to these characters we adore, and the memories they bring back - that's what makes collecting truly special. Whether you're displaying her alongside other Disney Infinity figures or starting your own Aladdin collection, Jasmine brings that same free-spirited magic to your shelf that she brought to the film.
